Disable subaru seat belt alarm

Anyone know how to disable the seatbelt chime? Im close to cutting the wires. I drive for a living and often remove the seatbelt as I enter a parking lot to get ready to jump out at a stop. The chime will not turn off till I put the seatbelt back on even if I put the car in park and get out of the car.
