Skyrim se CTD on startup with mods enabled. PC SSE - Mod. https://modwat.ch/u/ashia here are the mods I use. GPU-2080ti CPU-Ryzen 3700 Ram-16 3600mhz. All other games that are more intensive than Skyrim work great (like RDR2), so unlikely a hardware issue.
