re: ujssm by sloth » Tue May 12, 2020 10:46 pm for strip runs i tend to run it full blast till my temp gets to 98-99 deg. by then its tasting very watery. i dont tend to measure anything on strips, im usually doing other stuff and just checking it every now n then.

When I was done I realized I had some cracked corn left from my last ujssm but I could not find the recipe. So i decided to cook the corn (about 5lbs) for about 2 hours in just plain water. I then added about 7 lbs of sugar and a package of red star yeast after it was cooled.
