I want to try Rough Rider with my Krieg. He has some skills that go into effect when shield is down, while sacrificing recharge delay. Which won't matter with the Rider. Rough rider doesn’t work with depleted effects in BL3, it counts as full when working with Zane’s Cool, Calm, Collected.
