The single stack magazine makes the 745 a bit narrower but the overall height and length of the gun is the same. That small difference in the width of the grip didn't really make a significant difference in concealment. I suppose on a 5 ft 90 lb person ...I found that you can increase the capacity of a 10+1 round Taurus PT-145 or Millennium PRO to 13+1 with a Para-Ordnance P13 (13) round magazine. The Para Magazine fits and functions perfectly in the Taurus PT-145. The 13round magazine is about 5/8" longer than the 10 round magazine. I covered or filled this gap with a Taurus Magazine Sleeve.
