Biography. Ralph A. Rossum is Henry Salvatori Professor of American Constitutionalism at Claremont McKenna College. He earned his PhD from the University of Chicago and is the author of several books, including The Supreme Court and Tribal Gaming: California v.conducted by Professors Ralph Rossum and Lino Graglia at Claremont McKenna College under the auspices of the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH).
