I have a 5400 that has this problem, the spiral roller rolls the hay out on top of the wind gate and is then pulled back in until the bale is a bigger diameter then no problem. I did not have much problem with this when baler was new but after 7-8 thousand bales it got worse.

I only do about 200 bales per year and pull it with. a 5000 ford or a 5310 John deere and do fine with. it. My ground is kinda hilly but have no problems.
