The juggernaut node is %1.5 of the damage prevented in the last 10 seconds (which is really good) while this is %3 of the damage prevented in the last 4 seconds, it's almost on par with it and even better in the first 4 seconds of combat. There is a lot of inconsistent behaviour, like eldritch battery cutting the life recharge by 50% and wicked ward not applying the 40% penalty although they both have the same wording.
