I purchased the CD from Best Buy and have downloaded it on my windows machine using the CD. I now have tried to download it on my Mac using the online method and get the message "The license code has already been associated with an account". So, I call support and stay on the phone with them for over 30 minutes. See the attached images. I spent one hour with TurboTax online support to explain all this. The customer agent agreed that the Premier Download purchased from Costco allows 5 Federal filings and I can install the windows exe downloaded for the given license code on 5 computers.
