Defias Brotherhood, it's RPPVP but you only find RP if you seek it out. You can practically do anything on that server. It also has an active world PvP scene. It's high pop but most of the players are on high level characters and the servers that merged with it are crappy low pop RPPVP servers so don't expect to see many people as you level up.Meaning if you play 7pm-11pm you want a server that is your time zone as that is when most folks are playing. Argent Dawn is probs your best pick for EU. Horde rp is a bit more guild focused and based on Discord communities. Alliance is a bit better for random rp and pve guilds. I'd say the guilds are casual to medicore for pve.
