Have someone push the throttle slowly to the floor, while you watch the throttle linkage. You should be able to watch the the levers open both the primaries and the secondaries. 3 adjustments one screw on driver side of carb rests against the throttle linkage THAT sets the rpms for idle . 2screws in front of carb , BOTH adjust MIXTURE of air/fuel AT IDLE.
