Your log shows your world is corrupted. Ask G-portal to replace it with a backup for you. If they can't then you'd have to start a new world. Unless you have a backup, they you could. replace it.G-Portal server literally won't shut down. After the patch today I tried to restart my server to update it and even though the website says it's down ark still says it's up. Anyone had any luck with this before? G-Portal sometimes needs a while (minutes+) to fetch the status of the server or to start/stop it. Just wait some minutes and try again.

g-portal was great and you simply use checkboxes and drop down menus to set up. took 15min to buy it, change tame speed and exp amounts and we were up and running. Up for 1 week so far and only had a 15min hiccup with an "Unknown server" status.
