The main hand Khopesh is also 73m now which makes it a great budget weapon to get into endgame content. Scythe is situational better. If you need to kill a lot of mobs and/or need halberd range scythe is better. If you're using melee and you're not fighting a boss with a reflect mechanic, everywhere is the best place to use the scourge. Araxxor has reflect and melee is great there. I am the law.
