Colleges & Your Majors. Air Force ROTC is offered at over 1,100 colleges and universities in the continental United States, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. If you are applying for a scholarship as a high school student, you must be accepted to the program and academic major that you indicate on your scholarship application. The University hosted the ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) program on Friday, ushering in a new relationship between UChicago and the military. Under the AFROTC program, the University will host training programs and classes taught by the Air Force to undergraduate cadets.
