Shouldn't be a problem if the truck has been maintained.
The gen 2 (2017+) Ecoboost 3.5 is a more advanced engine then the 5.0. It make more torque and also has a much broader torque curve which is why it has the highest towing rating. That's why they used it in the Ford GT (Fords Supercar) and its used on Ford's 150 which is Ford's best selling truck. 2016 F150 Transmission replacement. I have a 2.7 ecoboost 4x4 with 130k miles, never had any issues with it, never towed anything over 1000+lbs with it.
