Yes, their questions are generally "harder" in the sense that they are more convoluted than the ones on the real MBE. But, the authors of the Barbri questions also have a different writing style than the authors of the MBE. So, it is not a linear correlation between the "harder" Barbri questions, and the "less-hard" MBE questions.

About 10 points higher for me. Scored 131 on simulated MBE, got a 145 on actual MBE. MBE: Barbri simulated 143, actual MBE 160 - this was not necessarily surprising as my Adaptibar scores steadily increased after the simulated MBE. I guessed an MBE range of 140 to 160 and managed to hit the top end.I scored a 67% on the simulated MBE and a 72% on the 100 NCBE PRactice questions. I averaged 67%ish on the CApstones. Am I even improving/learning or should I pvivot to the MEE, whcih I struggle with as the MBE is increasingly a lost cause. I am pretty sure my coach said by the end of MBE prep you should be scoring 75% to be safe for passing. 4.
