Update: It seems I had to manually install Nemesis Engine into Skyrim's default data directory folder, delete the version of it I installed in MO2's mods folder and make the shortcut to the one in Skyrim's default data directory folder in order to get it to work. All I did was move the Nemesis EXE folder outside of MO2 mods and re-point the executable link and it worked fine. I separately set both executable to run as administrator and set up exceptions for both in Windows Defender which solved separate issues.ERROR (1026): Missing referencing ID. Could be a bug.
