Silverado fan keeps running when truck is off

1995 Chevy 2500 cranks but won't start. I'm trying

Not sure if there is a temp sensor going bad, or maybe a relay. Anyone run into this yet?The $900 includes a $180 fee so they can look at your truck and confirm it is the thermostat. Even though you told them it was the thermostat when you brought it in 😵, then they told me they told me the part was in shortage ("could take a week or two months).
