OK. I solved my own problem. There was a piece of clothing caught in the door. I push on the door and restarted the machine and discovered there was a piece of wash stuck in the door. I found this out by watching as I pushed. I started the machine twice and tried dislodge it and luckily I was able to before I burned out anything.Step 3.
